Deposits are none refundable 

Please cancel more than 48 hours before treatment or we will ask for full treatment price if this is within 24 hours of your appt 

Complaints 

We DO NOT offer refunds

 we will offer free top up within 3 days of you lashes , if any fall out within that time 

Treatment 

please come to your appt with nice clean lashes 

No mascara 

No oils 

No makeup or moisture on lashes 

we can refuse treatment if any of the above
